Patt has been a full-time realtor for over 10 years. She loves people and her community which led her to become the Mayor of Algood, a small bedroom community outside of Cookeville. In her spare time, she loves "antiquing" and working in her gardens.  Having lived in this area all her life, she knows it like the back of her hand. Patt is an accomplished realtor and makes a point of putting her clients concerns above all else. She works closely with the Lions Club, the local Chamber of Commerce and the Highland Initiative for the Upper Cumberland.
