Tankless Water Heaters or not you decide

Tankless water heater or not ,you decide (edit/delete)

I am here to say this is the way to go . I personality own a tankless water heater. The only problem i have had with this  is sometimes you have to hit the reset button. Does anyone have a solution for that. What causes this to happen.

Regular  TANK water heaters have a life expectancy of 8- 12 Years. The two key factors to a water heater are size and recoverablility. While gas and oil water heaters are more effective because they have a faster recovery rate, they have to be serviced more often.

Servicing:we have very few oil water heaters in Tennessee ,while a gas water heater has to be serviced every four years, and electric water heaters have elements that occasionally burn out and have to be replaced.

Please always follow  the warranty instruction , feel free to forward this maintenance tip to your friends and/or family members so they too can maintain there investment .
